Berkshire Garden Wedding
On a day when the eyes of the world were firmly fixed on a certain Royal Wedding in Windsor, we were delighted to be a few miles away in sunny Berkshire, assisting one of our couples in celebrating their marriage. We’re sure you’ll agree that our Bride looked every bit as radiant as the Duchess of Sussex herself.
Hosted in the garden of the bride’s family home, their main goal was to achieve a relaxed garden party feel, surrounded by friends and family, which they certainly achieved. Supported by the wonderful team at Miss Bush Bridal, our bride wore a bespoke Jesus Peiro gown with a dotted tulle top, full box pleat skirt and satin bow, all of which were removed later in the evening to reveal an elegant and form fitting satin gown.
Framed within a tipi tent, wild flowers were loosely arranged in eclectic glass vases on a hessian runner, dressing the full length of the exposed wooden tables, adding to the informal style of the day. Colour was celebrated in the choice of flowers, interspersed with pink and turquoise taper candles.
The Brass Funkeys played our newlyweds out the church to the sound of “You Make My Dreams” which set the tone for this personal celebration. An early summer inspired menu provided delicious canapés and a two course dinner before guests enjoyed a decadent cheese and dessert table in the garden while the sun set.
This wedding was a pleasure to be involved in and we are so pleased that Tori Hancock captured the day and the radiance of the bride and groom so beautifully.
